WTB First Gen Front Coilovers

Hi, I'm going to get around to rebuilding my Icons this year but I'd like to not have the truck up on jack stands while I wait for them to get rebuilt. Looking for any (preferably used and cheap) front coilover assemblies for a 2004. All I need them to do is support the front end while I back it out of the driveway and back on the street...
